Day 12 of 14 day challenge: Flex Your muscles and your mind

Day 11 started off with a bang ended with a fizzle.  I was tired yesterday and I didnt do a darn thing really.  About 8:30pm I was out for the count so I didnt do my chi-gong workout.  I got my 30 min walk in only.  I woke up about 2am because my cat was licking my arm.  I got up and fed him and now I cant get back to sleep.  These are the days I wish I had a boyfriend, I would know exactly how to get back to sleep then.  Since 2am I have caught up on Hell’s Kitchen, Top Model and So You Think You Can Dance.  And I figured I would check out what I needed to do today challenge wise.

Dont have a clue, if I knew I was doing this again I wouldve schedule that rock climbing.

    Is a Chi-gong workout where you hit your head on a saucepan hanging from a rack in the kitchen (GOONNNNNGGGGG!!!) and then jump around the house in agony holding your head yelling “Argh argh Argh”?

    Or is it something very sensible and spiritual and Eastern?
