Day 10 of the 14 day challenge: Mind Your mindfulness

If I new after days 3-5 it would simple to continue this challenge.  My focus has greatly improved and although my workouts seem minor to me I lost a pretty good number last week.  Day 10 easy enough:

Write a thank-you note to someone you care about. Happiness researchers (yes, there is such a thing) have found that writing – and delivering – gratitude notes can help boost well-being for both parties. Learn more about the link between health and happiness.

I chose my mother.  I’ve had a lot of ups and downs with her.  You probably have heard me talk more about the downs than the ups, so today I will write her this letter and tell her thank you for the ups we did have and the many more to come.
