Call an old high school or college friend you haven’t talked to in years. We all have people we’ve been meaning to get back in touch with. Now’s the time to do it.

I dont usually keep phone numbers of folks I dont talk to regularly so I will need to think on this.

Write down three things you’re grateful for.

That the permanent nerve damage the docs said I had is not as permanent as they thought.  Im getting feeling back in my toes.

That my daughter smiled all day yesterday.

That I was able to rid myself of an old boyfriend that was still trying to hang on.
