Day 6 of 14 day challenge: Strengthen Your relationships.
Good morning everyone. Okay day 5 was not so bad. I actually did not do rock climbing. Wan wan wan. Every place near me was $15 to $20 bucks plus equipment and you had to schedule in advance. Luckily I dont need the belay training class first because I’ve had belay experience in the Marines. If jumping out of helicopters w/ropes not parachutes dont qualify then I dont know what will. I did find a place across town that only charges $3.00 and $7 for the equipment but they have sessions but they are only open in the evening. So I still will try once I convince my daughter and or “Loni” to go with me! Yes that was a shameless attempt!
So for the last part of my challenge I decided to row a boat a the park. Everytime I walk pass the boat yard I keep saying I’m going to do that one day. They have paddle boats, row boats and kayaks. It also was $15 buck for an hour but it was closer to home and I already was there. So after my 30 minute walk I hopped my butt in a row boat. Boy my shoulders are sore and I didnt get close to being around the lake. I went in circles for the most part but I want to try again.
So here’s day 6 of the challenge:

Jump for joy — you’ve finished the body-basic diet! Now, just keep eating nutrient-rich, calorie-poor foods — that means fruit, vegetables, lean meat, fish, low-fat dairy, and whole wheat. The key to success is making the process of preparing and eating healthy snacks and meals easy and automatic. We want you to enjoy your meals and snacks — but we also want you to get into the habit of automating them so that you eat healthfully without having to labor over choices. What’s automation? It means finding three or four breakfasts, lunches, and snacks (and dinners too, if you choose) that you like, and then eating one of them for each meal every day. When you can automate your eating behavior with good choices, you’ll have mastered one of the crucial steps to fueling your body with ingredients that help you live strong and long.
I am turning flips! Im going to weigh in once I stop. |

Do something fun with friends or family. It doesn’t have to be an all-day outing, but carve out at least an hour for frolicking.
Me and my daughter are going to have a spa hour and then of course reggae club tonight! |
